WSOP MAIN EVENT DAY 2 2024
Dlaz giving back to the smoker community. That’s why he’s so loved
DePaulo and Matusow need to go clubbing together
Never take Danny to the carribean for a tournament. They’ll roll him back in the water.
this actually made me laugh out loud 🤣
Funny, but he’s nowhere near fat, especially by US standards.
@@cateatfood6634nah bro can be an exhibit at Seaworld
@@cateatfood6634 has he taken his shirt off?
@jonnygrowlately Probably. Regardless, he may have a thicker belly, but thay seems to be the only spot where he carries his weight.
Punted that right out of the end zone
He tried his best
Dudes a luck box, when skill is required it shows. Lmao
@@TheLeftReallyWeird lol there is no skill required to fold tens there. what are you expecting to see? a flush draw with no overs? LUL
As per usual
They changed kickoff rules can’t do that no more
Sorry bro that last hand is an absolute punt. No idea why you don’t think recs are happy to check raise jam top pair but would be willing to do a bluff with AJ there
The KQ hand right before is honestly an absolute punt, early in the main specifically, as well. He is exclusively dominated EXCEPT for the small % of the time they have JJ which is still a pointless AIPF. He was praying for a flip lol
He could of easily jammed flush or straight draw. Not to much of a punt
@@TSprinkles-rz3kwyeah this hand was worse
@@TSprinkles-rz3kwthats actually the one that RDP regrets the most i bet.. the 10s is just tilt outcome
Exactly as soon as Ryan said AJ I thought of this emoji instantly 🥴
13:30 feel bad for the dude
It’s the life he’s chosen
keep it running man. your content is incredible
I’ve heard the most common mistake most poker players make is playing too many hands.
To me it’s that people don’t value bet enough. I see it all the time as a dealer/ ppl always check the river with strong hands bc they are afraid
There are many mistakes to make , most start by not letting go soon enough
@@myaccount3402 knowing what flops and turns to fold too, knowing what to see a flop with is the biggest one I’m with you
With 140 he could have folded all non – A-A, K-K hands pre and he’ still be in it and not feeling like a piece of steaming dogshit on a dew covered lawn.
My wife knows nothing about poker, has never been to a casino, and has never watched a poker YT video. I was watching on the TV and asked her if Danny was fat:
“He’s definitely fat.”
So there you have it.
As Danny waddles past. Its cos he picks at crap all day long, get you mrs a cook book Danny before you become like Doyle once was.
I disagree I’d say he’s no fat but puggy. It goes puggy, chubbie, fat, obese, morbidly obese and a whale(not poked whale)
Where does “The View” worthy fall in that range?
@@Yourfavoritedealer Bruh, that boy is fat. Idk what kind of American standards your putting on that scale, but by all other countries, that boy is border line obese.
average american innit?
Man on that last hand my gut was saying this feels like KQ or AQ, a check raise is EXACTLY how a rec would play that. Keep your head up!!! Greatness in your future
How would you play it?
@@bullyboy131 Short stacked in the WSOP main? Exactly like that, call it down with the premium, pray to hit a queen, hit the queen and just let it rip. If I missed id fold. The tens was probably a fine call in almost any other tournament against a rec, not in the main.
@@JamesJonahJameson-cp6xr-Ya, it’s the main event and i hate 10’s as it is…in that particular spot just flat preflop n only go with it if the flop is safe.
Yea I was thinkin the same. A rec would shove there given the chip stacks pretty much every time lol
“I would have done everything different….” – Danny LMAO
He said exactly what I was thinking
Ryan being a shinning example of how not to play the main event for the rest of the poker community, what a great guy. So turbo, you got to be able to fold for hours. Only play big pots when you really need to. Avoid bad situations, they slowly start to tilt you, better to just fold and be happy with folding. Love the entertainment though.
Agreed. Too much of an online approach. The Main Event is a grind, man. Gotta be more choosy with your spots.
He’s mentioned a few times this wsop series that he’s having trouble finding stuff to insert in the vlog. I wonder if he, rampage, and a few others would play differently once in a while if no filming
Wonderfully put! I try to keep this in mind, but I have absolute punting meltdowns due to how tilted I am by and idi0t calling my KL shove on a 427 rainbow flop, and ninks it on the fugginf turn or river. Or if they call my 3x open and end uo hitting 2 pair with 39o or some other random, nonsensical garbage hand that they should have called pre with.
What was that movie with Jack Nicholson and Shelly Duvall with the haunted hotel?
Bro I was watching your vids of you playing tournament poker from years earlier, it seemed like you played better. Take a break and restart, it’s not over, you have a good foundation to bounce back from.
He doesn’t deserve any applause. He called with king QUEEN. Tough main event dude. Get it next year.
Heck yeah, Tony G. Probably my favorite poker moment, definitely top 3.
the main issue is ryan doesn’t think he’s a rec player. it’s insane.
Exactly. He thinks he’s a pro because he makes videos on YouTube and won a online bracelet one time
..
Charlatan
Also, he thought that recs would play like normal in the biggest tournament of their life lol.
@@naswiipp You’re ill-informed. He dominated tournaments in Florida, Philly, New Jersey AND Vegas. He’s a pro. A new pro, but a pro. He’s aggressive, and knows the analytics. His problem is emotions.
@@MidwestRdubits aggression in the wrong spots. Yes it wins in the long run, but when you play the main like a turbo you’ll be lucky to get to day 2
Didn’t Stu say ” fold and LIVE to fold again ”
Pretty sure Stu NEVER said to #Punt on 2nd down !!
He doesnt deserve any applause 👏 👏 👏 he called with…. 1010 😂😂😂
This guy either needs to up his study game or become a feel player. He’s in purgatory right now. He’s neither here nor there with his approach. Tough to watch.
Does he have the feel, to be a feel player..?
GOATed comment. Too tru tho
Ya he is definitely not consistent with the way he plays. I’m no poker pro but it felt like you punted a lot of those tournaments. Keep your head up though. Loved the series and will always tune in.
Pretty sure someone once said “in the main event no one bluffs, they always have it”. Calling a jam with 10’s on a queen high flop is just asking for punishment. Obviously hindsight is 20/20 but it feels like it should’ve been an easy fold post flop…
