Mine does on certain machines but no tax form.
this just shows how rigged the Indian casinos like Choctaw are with video poker. Been playing for months and months…not a single draw to a royal no matter how many machines I have played. So unregulated… it’s criminal.

Why is it saying jackpot handpay at $1002.50?
Last week played 10 play on dream card. Got dealt the royal for 40000 coins. 3rd time in 3 months on that machine.
