Not as much as they give, all their job is, is to count out money to you. They did no other service. Waiters and waitresses do way more and don’t get that kind of tip
Servers don’t do much more. Write down your order, bring some plates over, fill your drinks IF they remember before you gotta ask. Overpaid profession

What I hate is that you can tip at a Starbucks but the poor guy working the drive thru at McDonald’s gets nothing. I hate tipping culture. I get tipping the waitress that brings you drinks but now I gotta tip the person handing me money that I won? Tipping doesn’t make sense anymore.

I build homes for a living. My job requires 100X more energy than a person that walks to the cage to get your money. I have never been tipped doing my job. I’m not tipping someone that has an easier job than working at a car wash.

I think I would try working in a casino before I decide how easy of a job it is. Yes it’s the employees choice to work in the casino most make minimum wage and are charged hourly a preset rate for tips. The casino makes you dependent on tips your pay check isn’t where you make your money. I worked 40 hrs a week to get a whopping $160 check. So tips are appreciated by most employees.

I usually tip 20 on every 1000 unless I’m betting 250 a spin and hitting 1250 then I’ll tip them at the end of night based on what I win ..the self pay option is amazing and a lot more convenient..
I tip those that bring me drinks as they really work hard for those tips. Giving someone $200 for counting out my winnings is overkill. IMO They win a lot of jackpots as they play higher denoms, those tips add up fast. But hey it is their money, so they can do whatever the hell they want with it. 🤷♂️
If you are stress gambling spending more than you can afford you shouldn’t be gambling. Always tip and keep the high energy around you stay positive and keep winning. Most of the time the money comes right back to you.
