LL, I believe it was an intentional power down of your machine. This happened to me once 2 years ago. I had to get the casino crew to my machine. The member put his card in, and punched buttons. The machine reset totally, displayed my balance, and then the wheels spun only giving me a bonus of $160. I believe I hit a big bonus but was intentionally stopped. It is what it is!
