Lost 12million fun chips KK to Q6s today on the river of course. About to quit poker after two years. I can’t take the swings anymore. Online is horseshit
Hahaha. John Dodge….he used to play here locally at home games and poker houses back in the day, early 2000s til some time around 2012 or so, then he moved to Florida. He still showed up here once or twice a year, and when the word got out, there would be guys lining up to get on the table 😂. He’s a benefactor of the Dodge motor company and gets like 40k every 3 or 4 months, or at least he did when he was around here. Im sure he probably still does. You’d never known it, he was missing teeth and always looked kinda “poor” so to speak. Greenville, S.C. is where we played.
“I’m always so unlucky! That’s why I was teaching poker classes in casinos that only had 20 poker players on an avg night in 2010. It had nothing to do with drugs, hookers, bad bankroll management, completely irresponsible poker play, or being a mediocre mess.” -Mike “The Mouth But Hellmouth’s Mouth Is Worse” Matusow
He seriously was trying to teach a paid class in this socal casino that only had 20 players on an average day called Pala, I forget how much the class was but I believe $250 or $350 😂😂
Pokers a tough grind. It takes a very special person to make a consistent living at poker Daniel Negranu lost a couple million last year. His books are public. I think he’s the best poker player on earth.
To tough for me🎉
“special person”? no, just lucky person… There isn’t any skill with poker. Maybe for what and when to bet, but as far as the cards go… just random chance and there isn’t anything your “skill” will do about that. Some dudes stay in with a 3/6 and happen to hit a straight against your best hand of AA in the hole. It’s all chance, nothing more, nothing less, ZERO skill.
I love playing this game….I hate watching helmuth and matusow play lol. But the one I really can’t stand is Jamie Gold. That guy….wow. it’s a wonder he hasn’t been met in a dark alley by some really mad people.
Typical PokerStars hand!!

Thanks for sharing i believe you
He reminds me of Devil Fish Elliot. That European poker player. They look so much alike.
Yeah that’s a believable story
I remember this totally believable story because i was also there back in the day, remember?

you sound upset.
@@jonslg240 Mike matusow has never thought about you before and you have these paragraphs to put together about him you seem miserable
I’d rather see Mike lose
Current mike I root to lose back then I kinda liked him.
All of a sudden I started seeing videos with Mike and I assumed he died.
Love when Mike wins
Want a line mike?
Last name Dodge and he tried dodge bullet on 9-6 off😮 suit and it got him at end with river red eye !!😮😢
ah yes the classic old overplays 😂
When bad play is rewarded and you think you out played your opponent.
He definitely didn’t think he outplayed him
@@ratemyshins6686He sure acted like he did.
Bad play = calling a large raise in the WSOP with a 9-6 off suit.
Matasow luckboxes his way along. You knew he was going to eventually bust hard. After this win he was living on borrowed time.

He hasn’t been a poker pro in a very long time.
Daniel gets a boatload of money from GG, that 2 million is a drop in the ocean

@@valthar3655 that is one of the most ridiculous quotes I’ve ever seen
Having a one in four chance is a miracle, apparently.
He had 12 outs. 4 jacks, 3 queens, 3 tens, and 2 kings.
@AceFaceDesigns Exactly, with 1 card left he had about a 24% chance to hit with his 12 outs.
@@DixiePokerAce12 outs is actually 27%
Mike got lucky….NUFF SAID
Poker is 98% luck. Wake up you Biden supporter !
“The Mouth”, is my man. Love him or hate him, he’s one entertaining “Venture-Capitalist”, , , Let’s Go Mikey ! !
Had ALOT of outs tho…
Once again luck makes a person a poker player

I prefer seeing mike lose over Phil
24% isnt exactly what we call a miracle in the industry. And he had plenty of outs at the river.
