Depends on your age….In your 20s you can handle 4 or 5 hours of sleep a night that’s why they usually last longer in tourneys. They are more fresh and make less mistakes. In your 40s and 50s you need 8 hours of sleep and down time to relax. Also I wouldn’t suggest playing the full series pick and choose what you want to play….
