John Eames greatly underrepresented his hand on Day 7 of the World Series of Poker Main Event, but it wound up getting him into a lot of problem versus Aaron Mermelstein! Are you able to let go of pocket queens here?

Massive Spot in 2022 WSOP Main Event with Queens vs Ace-King!
Easy peasy fold
It’s not that easy. Not hard, but not automatic.
Depends who you go against too
Without the preflop action, it’s impossible to make an educated decision.
@Billy Mabum TY…..easy fold then with QQ 👍
@Billy Mabum if he 4bet and the small blind 5 bet all in, he could have got away with the QQs if he suspects the sb has aces or kings, but if the small blind just flat the AK then the queens could have won the pot on the flop with a C bet
@T LE obviously there’s a lot of outcomes that could’ve happened, what I’m saying is I don’t mind the call because it takes away the option of an all in bet against you pre flop . He had the perfect flop for his QQ and flat called again . If he thought there was a chance his opponent had AA or KK then he shouldn’t have been in the hand at all
@Billy Mabum And sometimes that’s just how it has to go if you want to win NLHE tournaments.
@SilentBob84 I get that , but not raising pre flop isn’t what cost him this hand .
Nostalgia aside, can a fan of Lon explain why they are. Honest question.
He should’ve raised on the flop
WTF, bros! You play/present the hand, you play/present it from the beginning, all of it! Tnx.
And this guy made day 7? Must have been the biggest luckbox to get that deep playing pocket queens as horribly as this…
