Apparently if you take a warm shower before bed, it also improves your sleep quality. A shower, fresh linens and utter exhaustion would have been an amazing night of sleep. You still have tonight to to test out this theory. Ha ha.

I am a morning shower person like you, Daniel. However, I was just in Vegas for WSOP for 5 days and showered every morning AND every night I took a quick shower to rinse off before getting in bed.
Daniel – you need to promote the vlog more. I knew nothing about this until 2 weeks ago. Compulisive viewing and it could easily be a regular tv show. True story. Peace and love ❤
