Well since Wesley has shown himself to not only be an a hole at times but also an extremely loose and weak player this is Garrett’s way of trying to get him to put more money on the table.
@Matt Harlan He’s outspoken, it’s a normal habit of Chinese nationals when they learn english, they kind of speak with no filter, it’s not meant in any way to be rude but can come across that way.

I think he’s been profitable on HCL though? He’s made a lot of bad plays in the past and sucked out to make that money but I really think he’s in the green. Also his play was relatively standard in these hands. The AK played itself and the 10s is just a cooler

As long as Garrett keeps playing with these same players every week, he should win. A lot of these guys would rather win a pot by bluffing than having the nuts. And Garrett knows this. Plus it always nice to make a hand when your opponent is bluffing. Gman is the better player, no doubt. But I believe when some of the other pros come and play, he plays totally different.
@Bornnusa agreed Garrett looks good mainly due to the lineup. He got killed playing against dnegs dwan etc on High Stakes Poker
@scottyrabbit that was my assessment also. But, we all can have a bad night every now and then. The bad beats like set over set or two pair vs a bigger two pair are unavoidable.

Wesley is my least favorite personality. The way he talked to Garrett “oh you overplayed your hand” when he had set over set was just absurd. He’s a clown, and he’ll lose all his poker winnings soon enough.
