  1. Why is Masato even reraising the flop if he’s not 100% sure he is willing to go with it? Just flat and realize your equity.

    1. to get Marc off a mediocore pair, i’m sure he knew he was calling anything.. he was just preparing himself mentally because he knew it was likely that dealer Magic would work his magic and destroy someone’s dreams again

    2. He was taking a risk with his position. He was hoping to see 2 more cards for free. It’s was a risk…

    3. Sometimes you raise with a combo draw, sometimes you don’t. if you don’t get that, you are probably an exploitable player.

    1. Same, exactly why I don’t play anymore, live or online. But I do like watching others suffer in this game lol

    2. @Joe Fortunato – stop with the BS, cards come how cards come, can’t change it.

    3. @Mike A you don’t think you play better and win more pots when your mind is right?

  2. And with the call on the flop, Masato was all-in on the turn. Maybe without a combo he throws a second nuts on flop. Poor Masato had been dead since the cards were dealt. Still lost like a gentleman, (Phill H. look at this child losing all his money, with a bitter smile on his face, but still a smile)… sorry for my English

    1. @David Davesby he came with 8k from Japan and just kept running it up
e.g. double to 16k, the next day come back and put all 16k on the table

    2. @David Davesby because you can’t cash out of a tourney and masato was playing it like a tourney, not cashing out, just trying to run it up

  3. Just flat, see a turn get your equity. Raise to reopen bidding just allows jams to shove you out like in This situation. But pot odds says easy call

  4. If it was me who got the set, masato would get his flush and I wouldn’t improve

    1. Fast-forward the middle and enjoy the 2 min video yourself if that’s what you wanna do. Lots of us like watching all the pain.

    1. That’s why I play online coz my live tells are so obvious. I’d have put my nuts on the felt when announcing all in to the dealer.

  5. Marc thought he had K10 for straight on #2

also kinda annoys me when Marc or anyone shoves and then asks what they have lol

  6. Even if he’d just called on the flop, he probably would’ve busted anyway after binking flush on turn.

  7. Very bad flop raise by Masato. The hand is still six ways at this point so you need nut draws to raise as a semi-bluff. He also seems stupefied when Goone comes back over the top as if he had just not considered this possibility. Now he feels priced in to call but it’s a breakeven call at best. At least he took it like a champ and I’m sure he’ll be back.
