When 0 hits on single zero European roulette, the outside bets only lose half. When 0 hits on double zero American roulette, I believe the outside bets lose completely. I only ever play on single zero roulette tables on and offline and rarely play outside bets though to be fair.

Each player gets assigned a color when they get to the table. These are “dummy” chips in the sense that they don’t have monetary value outside of that specific table. You have to cash out when leaving the table to get real casino chips. By default, the dummy chips will be worth $1 each. So if you put $100 on the table and don’t specify anything, the dealer will give you 100 chips in your color.
If a new player asks for it, the dealer can make their chip color worth $10, $25, $100, etc. If you ask for your chips to be worth $10 and put $100 on the table, you will receive only 10 chips. They have a simple system to remind them (and any future dealer at the table) of the value of each color’s chips. This allows them to give you the correct amount of real casino chips when you leave the table. Once you leave and someone new takes your color, the chips can again be given any value based on that player’s needs.
Again, most people aren’t putting $10 on a single number in roulette and will be using $1 chips, but you can’t *necessarily* tell just by looking at the felt that each chip has the same value. Also, usually outside bets are fine to use regular casino chips. The dealer and players kind of share responsibility to remember who did what on the outside. Of course, they can go the security cams if absolutely necessary but that’s a huge pain.

Rosie Brown it’s actually not that hard to figure out, once you’re trained. It’s all to do with how many pieces is the payout and little things like that. I use to deal roulette too, so I like seeing how other people go about it.
Actually a dealer who is too quick with his moves is prone to a lot of mistakes. And once you swept all that chips wrongly, it will be a headache, not just for you, but also to your sup.
What about at 16:50 he wipes away all the green chips but isn’t the green chip on orphelins ring a winner on this one?? I don’t get it, also don’t get why they randomly throw chips at the dealer sometimes and he just puts it on the side or smth, is that tipping?
I looked in the above video at other bets & bets in the middle of the race track up the zero end = LA NASSE (Jeu Zero) = 7 numbers close to zero & the Orphalins (orphans) = 9 numbers @ the 3 & 9 o’clock wheel area.
Even though some of the numbers in the bet zone won the dealer still pulled the chips ? Check out 24 : 40 when 35 B won & 2 chips where in the LA NASSE zone ?
Centre bets don’t figure at other casino’s race track bets only mostly splits & 1 or 2 straight ups. Perhaps it’s some quirk bet that the casino offers to casino chip players ? For now I’m afraid the answer eludes me ?

Update on my freeze frame bit – Not needed now as the show more part of Croupiers info that I overlooked gives a breakdown of his wins & losses. 18 spins, 10 profitable spins, 3 not bet on numbers missed = 100% bet spin losses & 5 bets that should/could have been added to the 10 profitable spins to make it a 15 from 18 strike rate.
